Kevin Cotter - I had MasterCraft replace the siding on my house with Hardie board. There quote was 15% lower than the competition. their timeframe for finishing the work was before the other vendor could start. I dealt with John: he always got back to me in a timely manner and with the communication method I preferred. Marco and his tam work very diligently and despite weather difficulties finished in the time estimate. Areas of concern were addressed by Mario and he made sure it was you who made the decisions. No pressure to do things on e way or the other was ever made. Best price, excellent workmanship, great communication equals one Happy Customer.

Susan Levy - John O'Brien is the most professional contractor that we have ever worked with. He came out to our home and arrived on time and took the time to learn what we were looking to accomplish. John did all the work to get the project going: the permit, siding, dumpster and all other supplies delivered as promised. The crew arrived early and worked late to get the job completed as soon a they possibly could as mother nature was anything but cooperative. In additional as the project progressed John made sure that we were happy with the design and to make sure the design of our home was as we envisioned . As we wanted to add to the project John was there to support and guide us. We are so happy with the finished project, our house hasn't looked so good the entire time we lived here. Our neighbors top to let us know how nice the house looks.

John was upfront and transparent about every decision, and worked thoughtfully with our budget to make sure we made the best choices. He gave us quotes ( which were always a relief to hear plus were never exceeded!) on the spot rather than taking weeks to send estimates like many other contractors.. Josue made adjustment to the windows needed after installation, and patiently provided super helpful insight when we asked his advice about renovation's Marcos and his team (I think Mario and Carlos) did a painstaking job on removing two layers of old cedar siding /rotting wood and installing James Hardy siding. they worked quickly an yet with great care and attentions detail, and included us in decision making on some ambiguous area. Crew arrived earlier than originally scheduled, and stayed on the project full time until it was completed. 10 months later, I had a minor issue with a small section of the new installation requiring the contractor to remove and relace some siding. Contractor responded to my email on the Same day to schedule and inspection the area in question. A few days later, after observing the issue, the contractor immediately ordered replacement materiel. The re-work was completed with a couple of weeks after identifications.
